I would like to express my sincere thanks to you and your staff for the outstanding job you did on the electronic invitation for Technology Days 2001. This utility changed our registration process from archaic to state of the art. Many customers commented on how easy and convenient it was to use. The data base provided our staff with all of the necessary individual customer information. At the event our staff was able to hand our customers their specific session schedules along with name tags and other pertinent information. This was impressive since last year's phone registration captured only about three-quarters of the customers.

Since we were able to get close to true head count, we were able to order the proper quantity of food, promotional items, tables, etc. without guessing. This saved us a lot of wasted time and money.

The entire staff at Dancing Horse Productions was extremely attentive and responsive. All of my requests for changes were turned around within hours. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone hosting a large corporate event.
